Our developers use AI for scaffolding, tests, documentation and boilerplate. Every architecture decision and every line shipped is made or reviewed by a developer, never by AI alone.
Builders and reviewers are different people
Nothing reaches you that a second developer has not reviewed and tested. Different people own speed and quality, so you get both.
You see everything, weekly
A working demo every week, a dedicated point of contact, real-time access to the task board and the code. We flag blockers the day they appear, not at the end.
Fixed hours, fixed price
Every page and module has a fixed number of developer hours, at one hourly rate. Your quote is that multiplication, itemized. Anything outside it is a separate, priced request.

You tell us what you need in two steps. It is not an order, and you do not need to know everything up front.
A call within 24 hours
On business days a developer from your project team contacts you, not a salesperson. We go through the details, custom changes and your questions.
Written quote
Fixed price, itemized, with a deadline and milestones. Nothing is ordered until you accept.
Acceptance and deposit
You pay a 40% deposit when you accept the quote, and we start work.
Build with weekly demos
Every week you see a working demo. A second developer reviews every piece of work. The next 30% is due at the agreed milestone.
Handover and review
Handover with a walkthrough and documentation, then you have 10 business days to review. You pay the final 30% at final handover, and the source code is yours with all rights.
