    Webshop and staff CRM for a manufacturer, with AI analysis

    The manufacturer used a rented webshop and manual records. We built it its own webshop with a staff CRM behind it, which holds customers, orders, contract work, appointments, invoicing, courier and email in one place. The AI flags churn and repurchase probability and long-term value per customer and product, and classifies incoming mail. An AI phone assistant answers incoming calls.

  2. Video portal · AI search

    Video portal: AI search for 5,204 channels and videos

    The video portal had thousands of channels and videos and no search. The search we deployed understands queries without accents, with typos, in Hungarian and in English ("news", "cartoons for kids"). We added it to the existing site with a single line of code.

    • Full catalogue mapped: 307 TV channels, 4,811 videos, 56 radio stations, 19 web TV channels
    • Accent-insensitive, typo-tolerant, Hungarian–English glossary, topics tagged with machine learning, p95 response time under 50 ms on a phone
    • 161/161 test questions correct, 29/30 on a hidden set scored by independent judges

  3. Business directory · company search and filter database

    Company search and filter database based on TEÁOR industry codes

    The business directory needed a search that filters Hungarian companies by activity, size and region and exports the list. The system refreshes the data with no manual work.

    The insurance broker kept its client and contract records in spreadsheets. The new system holds clients in one place, tracks expiries and sends email sequences, and it assigns the advisers their tasks. The broker received the demo ready to try, with no login.

  5. Online shop · outbound AI phone sales agent

    Online shop: outbound AI phone sales agent

    At the web shop, a staff member used to phone through the contact list. Now a Hungarian-speaking AI makes the calls, presents two offer variants and keeps a recording, a summary and an outcome for every call. The team starts campaigns and reads reports in a Hungarian interface, and can step into any call.

  6. Telecom design office · technical automation

    Telecom support structures: from DWG drawing to 3D model

    The design office redrew two-dimensional plans into three-dimensional models by hand. Now the system builds the model from the drawing, and the developer rotates, checks and exports it in the browser. When the system cannot read part of a drawing with certainty, it flags it and leaves the call to the developer.

    ASP 360: our own CRM, with AI at every step

    ASP handles its own leads on this system, from the ad to the proposal. The AI ranks companies by purchase probability, produces the proposal PDF and classifies incoming mail. We deploy for clients what we have already tested in our own work.
